By: Oscar Metcalf What is Halo 4? Characters The Covenant Enemies The Prometheans The Didact Halo 4 is a science fiction first-person shooter developed by 343 Industries and Bungie, and published by Microsoft Studios. It was released on November 6, 2012. It takes place on the ancient Forerunner Shield World, Requiem. It is a direct sequel to Halo 3. Main Characters: The Prometheans were the highest and most respected group of Warrior-Servants in the Forerunner world. During and after the Human-Forerunner war, they were led by the Didact. The Prometheans' main base of operations was the Shield World known as Requiem. During the Forerunner-Flood war, the Prometheans were turned into AIs, known as Knights, by the Forerunner machine known as the Composer. These AIs, along with the Didact, survived the activation of the Halo Array, eventually awakening in Requiem and rising to start attacking the UNSC. The Didact was a Forerunner Promethean who held an extremely high status in the Forerunner society as supreme commander of the entire Forerunner military. He completely believed in the Mantle the Forerunners held to protect life, and initially opposed the Halo Array as a very bad thing. He is the primary antagonist in Halo 4. Halo 4 Multiplayer Multiplayer is Halo 4's way of fighting or working together online. It was explored a lot during Halo 4's development. Unlike Halo: Reach, Halo 4's multiplayer maps aren't based on campaign levels, they are built from scratch. Multiplayer gameplay features a lot of competitive gameplay. War Games War games are multiplayer battles against each other. They are the competitive part of Halo 4 multiplayer. Spartan Ops Spartan Ops can be cooperative multiplayer or
another single player campaign. It is a storyline
that takes place 6 months after the conclusion of the Halo 4 campaign. It involves a team of SPARTAN-IVs completing missions on Requiem. Forge Forge is a mapmaking tool. You use it to create custom maps. It can be used for complicated War Games maps or it can be used to create fun maps where you run away from killballs rolling down a hill. Master Chief

Andrew Del Rio Antagonist: The Didact Master Chief There are 3 enemies in Halo 4: the Covenant sepratist group (the main Covenant body created peace between humans and themselves in Halo 3), the Prometheans (Forerunner warriors that turned into robot-things), and the Didact (was leader of Prometheans and tried to destroy humanity). Later in the game, the Didact takes control of the Prometheans and Covenant rebels. Covenant Elite Promethean Knight The Didact The Covenant was a religious group of aliens who worshiped Forerunners and hated humans because humans were stopping them from activating the Halo rings, which the Covenant believed would take them to paradise but would actually destroy all life in the galaxy (To starve the Flood, as the halo array was an anti-Flood measure). Also, when the Prophets (the leaders) discovered that the humans were the true descendents of the Forerunners (the Reclaimers), the Prophets decided to wage a war on the humans to cover up the fact that the humans are Reclaimers.

All the Prophets died in the end and the Covenant had peace with the humans, ending the war. Covenant Symbol Lasky Del Rio Cortana Master Chief's AI. Master Chief Campaign The Halo 4 campaign is the main storyline of Halo 4. You play as Master Chief, the SPARTAN-II super soldier who has to keep saving the world over and over again. It takes place in the year 2557. The campaign has been thought of as good, bad, or OK. Some people think it is the best storyline ever created. Some think it is a horrible thing. Others think is is good, but there are video games that have better story lines. Scene from campaign. Master Chief is the main character of Halos Combat Evolved, 2, 3, and 4. He is a very famous SPARTAN-II super soldier. He is a very famous person in Halo. Master Chief has to save the galaxy over and over again. First he saves it from the Covenant and Flood (Halo: Combat Evolved), than from the Covenant and Flood again (Halo 2), than from the Covenant and Flood again (Halo 3), and than from Prometheans, the Didact, and Covenant sepratists (Halo 4)! Master Chief is 7 feet 2 inches high and weighs 1,000 pounds with armor on. Without armor he is 6 feet 10 inches high and weighs 400 pounds. What are SPARTAN-IIs? SPARTAN-IIs SPARTAN-IIs are augmented super soldiers, created by Dr. Halsey to battle human rebels and to defend the humans from the Covenant Empire. 75 children were abducted at age 6-7. At age 14, the augmentation process started. It killed 30 and crippled 12, only 33 survived with no side effects. They were trained more. During the Covenant invasion, their training was accelerated and they were given their MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Mark IV (year 2525- 2551), the Mark V (year 2551-2552), or the Mark VI (year 2552-forever). MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor MJOLNIR Armor Mark V The MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Mark V was the fifth of seven versions of the MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor. The suit was issued to SPARTAN-IIs and the members of Noble Team. It was in service until October, 2552, when it was replaced by the Mark VI. The engineers looked at all the previous problems of the Mark IV and fixed them, improving the armor. They made the plating even stronger and harder and they added a personal self-recharging energy shield system. It also added an improved HUD. The Mark V MJOLNIR Armor Mark VI The MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor Mark VI was the sixth version of the MJOLNIR Armor. The suit was issued to the surviving SPARTAN-IIs, replacing the older Mark V variant. People just took the Mark Vs problems and fixed them. Sources The Halo Wiki: halo.wikia.com

Wikipedia: wikipedia.org Conclusion As you can see, Halo 4 is very big. In this Prezi, I have not even covered half of it. The story is big and the game is big, everything about Halo 4 is big. There are lots of things that I probably don't know about it. You could make an entire presentation on one enemy or ally. Halo 4 is huge. THE END
