Classroom Procedures Leave the conversations at the door - come in quietly. Place your binder on the floor under your chair Begin working on your warm-up by yourself. When everyone at your table group is done, you can discuss it. Place your items on your desk
Home Folder I will come around and check off your homework. Be ready for a great day! I have to go...
Procedures Walk to the bathroom passes.
Wait for teacher's "Yes" signal When entering and leaving the classroom, make sure to:
Use the outside door in Mrs. Silva's room
Do not disturb Mrs. Silva or her class
Go quickly and quietly. Take the bathroom pass
Only 1 girl and 1 boy at a time! When you are excused,
push your chair in all the way If you have a question, check with your group,
if they don't know -- raise your hand. If you finish early, find a puzzle from the file folders by Mrs. Silva's sink QUIETLY! It's the end of class.
Now what? Fill out your
completely and neatly Clean up your table:
Return borrowed items in their spot
Put away your supplies in the right area of your binder
Sit quietly until you are excused. Make sure desk and area around desk on floor is clean Wait for me to give you directions. If you brought a lunch, place it in the Lunch Basket Enter quietly
Give me your late slip
Look around - can you figure out what the others are doing?
If you don't know what to do, see me!
Do not disturb any other student You should be gone for less than 3 minutes

You will not be allowed to go back to your locker or get your binder out until the end of class. Make sure to put today's date in the box next to your name on the clipboard. We will correct homework in our groups
after our warm-ups are done. When correcting, highlight missed answers so you know what you had trouble with when you are studying for a quiz! Mrs. Schrader's favorite color is periwinkle. What do you do if you have a question?
