Greenwood Village is a design based on a productive forestry to be grown, harvested and used within Greenwood Village.
The Lafarge aggregate pit is located at the edge of London's city boundaries at Sunningdale Rd E. and Clarke Rd.
This is showing the existing zoning and aggregate license numbers depending on extractive stage.
This map will include the Concession Lines.
This info-graphic is based on a circular demonstration, using matching colours to the existing zoning (shown above, and in previous slide). This graphic demonstrates current land use and progresses with information to rebuild the lot into a progressive forestry community.
This is the I&A of the site, pinpointing all the details needed for Panel 1 according to OSSGA requirements.
This infographic references the land space above, desribes the current state of the land, and further demonstrates how the land will be regenerated to fit the design of Greenwood Village at a productive forestry community.
This cross-section describes the current state of the site.

This panel describes the highly researched stages, and plantings needed to turn this contaminated site into a progressive development based on productive forestry.

These descriptive infographics describe the stages of progressive rehab to create Greenwood village while being productive with forestry and mending the contaminated soil.
Stage 1 describes the rehabilitation from year 1-10. The darkest green shows the most rejuvenated land lightening in colour to the area's in highest need of rehabilitation.
This schedule is also demonstrating preparation to create the land into the future design (shown on panel 3), such as areas for development, and highlighting areas for main buildings and gathering areas (pinky/grey). Begin soil rehabilitation. Introducing additional water holding area for future housing development-this is situated in the lowest graded area for the least land change.
Stage 2 (typo: 5-30 years). You can see consolidation, darking of green space (showing growth), emphasizing areas for development and beginning structural development of the main round building (grey ovals across road network), and re-creating the pre-existing building (black rectangle). Continuous soil rehabilitation. Road networks are beginning for future housing development.
Stage 3. The road is being re-aligned as per Lafarge specs to do so within 10 years from 2013. Soil rehabilitation still in full effect. The green space is beginning to close in (less white space separating land objectives). Road networks are becoming more defined, and begin to include the green bridge allowing pedestrian and large mammal crossing from one community to the next creating one whole productive village. Notice the green space growing darker which is being considered an ESA while the olive green area is describing the productive forestry area.
Stage 4. Roads are defined. Green bridge in working condition. Housing development defined and created from extractive forestry from on site.

3. Drawing type communication strategy

We will provide the 3 panel layout including location of all the items above (as we did last time). My idea is to create sketches for the missing items (if it's on paper, scan them and them place them on the panel). From now on we will dedicate our time to finalize these images/graphics/text, etc. We should ensure to ask Eric advice while he teaches.
