Incentive:
25% Bonus, based on a group target - payout starts at 83%
Strong background in the fluid power industry
Hydraulic or pneumatic experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface well with the current sales people
Must have ability to become product expert
Ability to travel nationwide 50% of the time
Application engineer with strong sales traits can be an option
Types of sales channels sold through not as critical as product experience match
Stable organization that has been around for over 65 years
Company does not trim sales or customer service during downturns
High amount of tenure with the company - most recent person retired after 38 years
The management is focused on growth and they give salespeople what they need to grow
