GOAL REVENUE $10,000 Sub Committees 1. Entertainment – emcee, band/DJ (cocktail hour, dinner, evening), performers
2. Sponsorship – solicit sponsorships and strategize for highest outcomes, work with Marketing on levels strategy for ticket upsales to tables & sponsorships
3. Decoration – themed décor, lighting, tablescapes/table names-themed, centerpieces
4. Marketing/Branding – brand development, marketing plan to gain attendees and sponsors, media publicity and advertising; develop sponsorship levels/framework
5. Auction – solicit & secure donations of 10-20 high-end items for auction, coordinate logistics
6. Dancing with the Doctors – coordinate local studios for choreography, practices, costumes, music
**Tickets (all) – each committee member responsible to sell tickets/tables and at least one sponsorship Entertainment
emcee, performers, DJ, band, photo booth, Dancing with the Doctors – 5 JHS physicians who are partnered with local dance studios as choreographers – “dance off” competition with judges as main entertainment at the gala Theme MARDI GRAS
