INITIATIVE AND INCENTIVE MAKE IT NECESSARY FOR EACH WORKMAN TO BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE WITH MAXIMUM OUTCOME.

TOYOTA should change their Genci Genbutsu method because it is inefficient.
Exchanging selected employees all over the world should be minimized into each continent solely.
TOYOTA has already applied scientific management into its business processes. They have been able to achieve status as a low cost producer of automobiles on part due to the implementation of scientific management principles.
