By applying the principles of scientific management, labor productivity could be greatly improved and production processes can become more efficient and effective.

Exchanging selected employees all over the world should be minimized into each continent solely.
TOYOTA has already applied scientific management into its business processes. They have been able to achieve status as a low cost producer of automobiles on part due to the implementation of scientific management principles.
