MISSION STATEMENT
The Information Technology Services Office (ITSO) provides a set of core services to enable the Judicial Branch to fulfill its responsibilities effectively and efficiently. ITSO is driven by the requests of our business clients: the Judicial Council, AOC, Supreme Court, appellate and trial courts, and other branch partners. These core services are provided by five program units.
PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Defines ITSO strategy, makes tactical and enterprise technical decisions to meet goals of the Judicial Council
Directs ITSO charter to provide services that supporting technology infrastructure and technical expertise to enable the Judicial Branch to fulfill its responsibilities effectively and efficiently

Office Of The Director
AOC and Court Application Services
Develops and maintains AOC and court application services:
• Appellate Court Case Management System (ACCMS)
• California Court Protective Order Registry (CCPOR)
• Interim Case Management System (ICMS)
• Database Administration
• Web Development and Publishing
• Enterprise Technology Architecture
• Enterprise Methodology and Process
Case Management Systems and E-Business
Application Services
Coordinates case management systems and e-business application services:
• Criminal and Traffic Case management Systems (V2)
• Civil, Small Claims, Probate and Mental Health Case Management Sytems (V3)
• E-Business/Justice Partner Outreach
• California Law Enforcement Telecommunication Systems (CLETS)

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Application Services
Develops and supports business operation and administrative systems:
• Phoenix Program Application (SAP) • HREMS (PeopleSoft)
• Administrative Systems Development (AOC Oracle Financials, CAPS, Appellate Court Appointed Counsel, Uniform Civil Fees System, etc.)
• Computer-Aided Facilities Management Program (CAFM)
• Administrative Services • Budget coordination and contracts

Technical Support and Services
Supports wide area, local area networks, security, hardware and software, Data Center, desktop services, Helpdesk, system administration training for appellate courts:
• Technical Infrastructure& User Support
• Desktop and Helpdesk Support
• Network Infrastructure& Security Support

Shared Services
Manages the CCTC Data Center which hosts key applications for the AOC, the Trial courts and the appellate courts:
• California Court Technology Center
• Disaster Recovery
• Data Integration/Integrated Services Backbone
• Enterprise Test Management Suite
• Enterprise Methodology & Process/Community of Practice

Judicial Council Technology Committee (JCTC)
ITSO provides staff support to JCTC which oversees, in partnership with the courts, Judicial Council policies concerning technology
Court Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC)
ITSO provides staff support to CTAC, which makes recommendations to the Judicial Council for improving the administration of justice through the use of technology
