Help PPI to break silo mentality by facilitating the young workforce into cross functional discussion which increase critical thinking and awareness to other parts of the organization and critical thinking
Help PPI member to understand PPI Corporate Value

A networking circle managed by the young workforce, consist of employee across unit. Each circle responsible to analyze and create business improvements based on PPI Corporate Value. Each circle will present the ideas and will be competing for Best Idea and Best Idea Implementation

Each circle will consists of representatives from each function in a respective to gather different perspective for areas of improvements

Circle Grouping
The Jury will evaluate the ideas based on below criteria
Scoring Criteria
Objective and Target
Committee will reach out to circle leaders to identify topics and schedule
Committee will send out invitation for bi-weekly circle meeting to circle member
Conduct circle meeting. Committee will summarize the key points and action items from each discussion
Present the best and the most implementable solutions based on the discussion to other circle
