In late 50’s she died on the operating table for 5 minutes while undergoing surgery
Recounted experience as passing through a tunnel towards a brilliant white light
Encountered Michael Todd’s spirit
Her third husband, who was killed in a plane crash in 1958
Todd told her, “No, Baby. You have to turn around and go back because there is something very important for you to do. You cannot give up now.”
We examined the ways in which the rich and famous have died. In addition, we have looked at some examples of near death experiences, famous deaths, and the lavish funerals of the rich and famous.

He was clinically dead.

Cause of death: Overdose of propofol following cardiac arrest.
It was ruled a homicide.
Fans were shocked!
An estimated 1 billion people watched his memorial on TV.
People still question whether or not he is dead.

She did not want to die as she had her whole life ahead of her and children at home to take care of
Seymour’s statement from the book Death’s Door:
“I was floating up there thinking, "No, I don't want to die. I'm not ready to leave my kids." And that was when I said to God, "If you're there, God, if you really exist and I survive, I will never take your name in vain again." I can remember pleading with the doctor to bring me back. I was determined I wasn't going to die.“
She believes she died for approximately 30 seconds
Many famous people have had near-death experiences and some have even had these experiences more than once.

Actress who has shown her talents on the Broadway stage, motion pictures, and television shows.
She has starred in the film Somewhere in Time, with actor Christopher Reeves, Wedding Crashers, the James Bond movie Live and Let Die and many others.
Also famous for her role in the television series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.
Seymour experienced her NDE at the age of 36
She was filming in Spain and had bad bronchitis and was given antibiotics by injection and went into anaphylactic shock.

Cause of death: pneumonia and a lethal
combination of drugs to treat the pneumonia.
Multiple medications were present in the blood,
with elevated levels of hydrocodone,
acetaminophen, and chlorpheniramine. L-
methamphetamine was also present. It was
an accidental death.
Many past co-workers were saddened by the news.
Denise Richards wrote: “Brittany Murphy was in Drop Dead Gorgeous with me and was the sweetest and most adorable. Tragic, sad & Devastating. Her poor family.”

"Southern Airlines Flight 932 left Kinston, North Carolina, at 6:38 p.m., carrying the Marshall University football team, coaching staff and fans to Huntington, West Virginia. After an uneventful flight, the crew contacted Huntington Airport tower at 7:23 p.m. and were cleared for a localizer approach on runway 11. The weather conditions were poor, mist and light rain with broken clouds at 500 feet. The plane descended below the Minimum Descent Altitude, striking trees on a hillside about one mile from the runway. The plane then crashed and burned."

Presley suffered from multiple medical issues such as: glaucoma, high blood pressure, liver damage, and an enlarged colon, all of which may have been caused by drug use.
Presley was set to leave Memphis the night of August 16, 1977. However, when his friend went to meet with him to leave, she found him on the bathroom floor unresponsive. Elvis was rushed to the hospital and could not be revived.
John F. Kennedy
JFK was on a political trip in Dallas, Texas riding in a convertible with his wife when he was assassinated on Friday November 22, 1963.
He was shot once in the throat, once in the upper back, with the fatal shot hitting him in the head. He was taken to Parkland Hospital for emergency medical treatment, but pronounced dead at 1:00 pm.
After passing away from injuries sustained in a car crash, Princess Diana had one of the most elaborate funerals estimated to cost $7.63 million. 2.5 million people watched on television as a four mile procession carried her coffin to Westminster Abbey. More than one million people were in attendance at her funeral and Elton John sang his rearranged version of "Candle in the Wind".
President Ronald Reagan's funeral is said to have been $400 million. The procession included his coffin pulled by horses. Thousands of people visited his coffin on Capitol Hill before it was buried. On the day of Reagan's funeral stock markets were closed and federal workers were given the day off. Reagan's funeral was by invite only, and the invite list contained 4,000 people.

Most of their suicides come from depression
Older suicides were more from poison like Socrates
Modern suicides such as Junior Seau are usually by shooting themselves or drug overdoses
