Has two black eyes and a black nose Habitat Koalas habitats are starting to be endangered by humans cutting down the trees for farming. They live in Eucalyptus forests, but motley live in the trees. They live in inland's, and south eastern coastlines of Australia. They are mostly found in New South Wales, Queensland, and parts of south Australia. Koalas highly depend on the Eucalyptus forests
for not only living space, but for their food. Role in food chain Predators of the Koala included: humans, dingos, lizards, and some owls. Koalas eat Eucalyptus leaves, and on some occasions they eat, tea tree, paperbark, and pine species, but its not normally part of their diet. Fun Fact: Koalas are known to be very picky eaters and normally resort to only Eucalyptus leaves Special Adaptations Koala bears have one major adaption, their feet. The Koalas feet are created as if they had two opposable thumbs on each paw. On the hind paws, a Koala has one opposable digit, and two more grasped together.
