we will be using guerilla marketing technique. There will be a grand launching ceremony where a day titled SCOOTY LADY will be celebrated in Islamabad but people from rawalpindi will be invited. There will be scooty flying the roads on the day and all parks and activity areas will be covered.
For promotion we will not be using electronic media directly but we will be spending money upon website (domain), there will be facebook page, twitter, blogging. We will focus upon online presence.
In every university of Rawalpindi and Islamabad there will be our ambassadors who will be given token of appreciation, called for get togethers and in every sports event there will be a scooty competition also.All those media partners giving coverage to those events will be covering our event too.
We will be spreading our print ad by paying a person to distribute in an area personally or asking a newspaper distributor for distributing it for a small amount.

We are not in production at all but importing scooties from China. Our supplier will be “Wuxi Signee Electric Bicycle Company Ltd.”
One of our partners is mechanical engineer who will assure product quality and provide after sale maintenance services. These maintenance services will be provided free of cost for the first two months and after that minimal charges will be charged.
Orders will be places after 6 months and we are paying the supplier for FOB destination.

Price we will be charging for our scooty will be Rs. 72000.Cost inclusive of all taxes, painting, gadgets and duties will be Rs. 52000.
We will be renting out the scooties for Rs.2000. Discount will be available upon renting more than 3 scooties. Our scooties both for sale and rent are insured for against theft and accident.
Primary product is an electric scooty with self-defense tools and automatic tracker. Electric scooty will be offered initially and will have a 48V with battery capacity of 500W that will take 2-3 hours to charge and can run for 45-55km at 40km/h.
Free after sale services for two months.
We are planning to have an office and showroom in g-10 markaz accessible from Kashmir Highway. It is located on few miles drive from the main road and is easily accessible to our customers. Picture of plaza decided to open the showroom .
