(just put what u told me here, the rest i put in the script) Political Aspects The governments could form ties while they guard the base, bringing deals and partnerships with them. Economical Aspects Each country can help split the costs of having a guarded prison, and it would prevent them from having to pay for the damage from possible attacks, as the terrorists would be safely guarded in the prison. Social Aspects Citizens of each country will feel much safer because the terrorists and suspected terrorists can be sent to the prison and get taken care of. Political Aspects Any government would then be able to track the terrorists as well as any other non-terrorist related attacks, keeping their countries safe. Economical Aspects Although this program would cost a good chunk of money, each country could help pitch in and it would pay for itself in the long run because less money would need to be spent for damages after terrorist attacks. Social Aspects Although people might not like that fact that the governments could track the cell phones and internet in each country, they would feel much safer considering the fact that they would keep them safe from terrorists.
