WHAT IS FOOTBALL OR SOCCER?

¨Is a sport played between two teams of eleven players with a spherical ball. The game is played on a rectangular field with a goal at each end. The object of the game is to score by kicking the ball into the opposing goal.¨
HISTORY
(¨ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL¨)
China: 2nd and 3rd centuries BC people used to play with a leather ball and the goal was to kick it into a small net.
South American, Romans and Greeks used to play ball for fun and it had almost the same rules of soccer.
Some believes says that football started in Europe until around 1000 AD (History of Soccer).
Soccer was banned in England because it was a dangerous game and it caused many injures to anyone who might play it, it consider a rough game at that period.
In December 8, 1863 was the beginning of the real football we play nowadays, football rules has established at that time
Ebenezer Cobb Morley was the one who discover football because he is the one who collect football clubs from different areas of England and they set up the football rules together (History of Soccer).
