"El profesor Alejandro llegó a un 3ero Medio como reemplazante a enseñar matemáticas. Él no tenía experiencia como profesor y, por lo tanto, no sabía cómo plantarse frente al curso. Recordó a sus profesores en la universidad que le dijeron que si el curso era muy desordenado, él debería ponerse firme. Justamente, el curso era así. El profesor se plantó al curso de manera hostil y los niños respondieron a él de la misma forma. No lo dejaban hacer clases y no le tenían respecto".
What did he do wrong?
Learn student’s names quickly.
