What is "Sport Psychology?

Know the limit of your capabilities, not just in skill, but in the mind.

If done correctly, clouds your opponent's judgement. Causing them to become aggravated, reckless, have incorrect objectives.
Dealing with Stress
Eustress is interpreted as positive or beneficial to an individual.
Distress is interpreted as negative and can make an individual feel anxious, aggravated or depressed.

What is Spirituality?
Spirituality does not have a concrete definition but is centered around the "deepest values and meanings by which people live." In other words, it is oriented towards psychological growth as an individual.
All of us have a different understanding of what it means to be "Spiritual"
Some follow religions as a way to strengthen their minds by following the word of God
Others meditate, find solace, and reflect to strengthen something within them.
The Power of a Strong Mind
For many people, sports (or physical activity in general) is a way of experiencing bliss. The spiritual sense of an individual is not only important outside the ring, field or track, but is practiced in these places as well.
"In the Zone"
The “zone” is a state of supreme focus helps athletes in all sports perform at their peak potential. Entering the zone requires total commitment to your game plan, activity or anything you wish to accomplish.

How do you get in the Zone?
Intuition- You must trust your instinctive feelings. Allowing yourself to act on impulse without fear.
State- Being in a positive mindset. Be aware, the more intense your internal experience are , the stronger the impact will be on your subsequent behaviour.
