New York City
Founded in 1683, Manhattan is the oldest district in New York City;
There are main of touristic points, like Central Park, Times Square, Empire State Building, Brodoway, 5th Avenue, Madison Avenue and museums, like American Museum of Natural History and MoMA.
Brooklyn is the most populous neighborhood of New York City;
In the past, Brooklyn was a neighborhood for people who didn't pay their bills;
Nowadays, it is a place for alternative culture.

New York is the most populous city (8,175,133 in 2010) in the United Stated;
On its streets, we can hear more than 800 languages;
It was divided into 5 districts:
- Manhattan;
- Brooklyn;
- Bronx;
- Queens;
- Staten Island.

Known worldwide for their luminous signs, the Times Square is one of the most famous tourist points of New York;
There are studios of MTV and ABC (where Good Morning America is broadcast live), among other attractions;
Times Square is where the turn of the year, with a crystal ball down from a building.

Empire State Building is a one hundred and two - floor building on Fifth Avenue (Fifth Avenue), between 33rd Street and 34th Street. For more than 40 years it was considered the tallest building in the world, a title it lost with the construction of the World Trade Center;
Now the most famous skyscraper in New York, in addition to appearing in numerous films such as King Kong and You've Got Mail;
There are two observatories in the Empire State Building open to visitors, one on the 86th floor and another on the 102nd floor. The view is simply amazing;
To climb to the 86th floor observatory, the admission is $ 29. As for also visit the 102, costs $ 46. There is an option called "Express", more expensive, allowing you to not get queues;
The Empire State Building is open every day of the year from 8am to 2pm. The last elevator goes up to 1:15 am.

Vehicles may be carried over once to the north. It is a blood Avenue New York, and one of the busiest in the city. It is named after James Madison, the fourth president of the United States.

September 11th,2001 - The World Trade Center
Is the principal memorial and museum, respectively, honouring the September 11 attacks of 2001 (which killed 2,507 civilians, 72 law enforcement officers, 343 firefighters, and 55 military personnel);
The memorial is located at the World Trade Center site, the former location of the Twin Towers (which were destroyed during the September 11 attacks);
In the new World Trade Center, there are a new building and a water fountain with the names of the people which were killed in the attacks.

Bronx is one of the district of New York City, that stay on the continent;
The district is considered the outskirts of the city;
He has as popular movement the rap, hip hop and graffiti;
There are a Bronx Zoo and a Yankee State.
In Queens is home to 2.2 million people from 2.2 million different places;
Although only now the coastal area has begun to recover from the destruction left by Sandy storm, most of the region was not affected and continues full of very different sounds and sights of anything that exists "in the city", which is a short hop away by subway.
Staten Island is one of the largest districts, but it has by far the lowest number of inhabitants. This means that there are many trees;
It has several golf courses to practice this sport.
Statue of Liberty
Statue of Liberty, whose official name is Liberty Enlightening the World, is a monument inaugurated on October 28, 1886, on Liberty Island, at the entrance of New York Harbor;
The monument commemorates the centennial of the signing of the Declaration of American Independence and is a gesture of friendship from France to the United States.
