Smaller steps to avoid feeling overwhelmed or stressed
Mini deadlines = achievable without much stress
Think about how your values & strengths help you achieve your specific goals
Write a deadline for your goal
Look back at your steps and make them into mini goals in your calendar
Family, friends, coworkers, supervisors, etc.
