2001 August 27th, 2002 Breaking Benjamin released an album as an independent band, with Polyamorous as the lead single, which led to them being signed by Hollywood Records Shallow Bay: The History of Breaking Benjamin Breaking Benjamin releases their first album under a major record label, Saturate, with Medicate wanting to be their lead single, but in the end, it wasn't June 29th, 2004 Breaking Benjamin's second album, We Are Not Alone is released with So Cold as the leading single September 7th, 2005 Founding member and drummer Jeremy Hummel is fired for "chemistry" issues Mid 2005 We Are Not Alone reaches a Platinum Record August 8th, 2006 Breaking Benjamin's thrid studio album, Phobia is released with Diary of jane as the leading single. Diary of Jane eventually reached #4 on U.S. Modern Rock Charts Breath becomes the first single to reach #1 on any charts, becoming #1 on U.S. Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks Febuary 17th, 2007 September 28th, 2009 Breaking Benjamin releases their forth and final studio album, Dear Agony with I Will Not Bow as the album's leading single August 2nd, 2011 Members Aaron Fink and Mark Klepaski are fired over creating a remix of Blow Me Away without Burnley's permission August 16th, 2011 Shallow Bay: The Best of Breaking Benjamin is released as a greatest hits album without Burnley's consent, leading to the band going on an indefinate hiatus Remix Original Breath First and only Breaking benjamin to reach #1 on any list Was on a Platinum selling album Number 6 on Top 40 Mix Edit list Number 1 on U.S. Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks I consider this Breaking Benjamin's best song. The lyrics have a strong meaning and the beat and rhythm go with the mood of the song. It was also the most successful song.
