The dissemination strategy will put in value:

The call for proposals and the procedures for the uploading of candidate projects will assure a full accesibility at a global level to a wide range of actors.

Several actions will be implemented in order to facilitate all the procedures in the different technological conetxts:

- a real-time updated FAQ system

The project aims at integrating Best Practices process in an international network to enhance visibility, knowledge sharing and replicability in terms of transfer of practices and innovation.

The project plan is based on 3 main steps:

Creation of an international online network to enhance knowledge sharing processes
Call for proposals communication and management
Dissemination and knowledge transfer before, during and
after the exposition EXPO 2015
Creating expectation and a
receptive ground for the BP call
STEP 1: NETWORKING and SENSIBILISATION
Sensibilisation, listening, partecipation
“Web TV” based on thematic interactive webinars addressed to stake holder, scientists, end-users.

This activity will be:
performed thorugh the involvement of relevant actors in the development of the culture of sustainiblity all over the world,

fully integrated with the multimedia communication strategy of Expo 2015

in order to reach the aim of enabling discussion and sharing, as a fundamental and propaedeutic action for the call launch and for achieve concrete dissemination results.
