Group comms - who we are; how we work with you
Who we are
What we do
How we work
- Business support functions (HR, IT, finance, procurement, Sheqs...)
- Business units: mainly marketing but also commercial teams when required
- monthly (ish) meetings with marketing and comms
- Design: best to log in requests as soon as possible (SLAs in place). Contact the team with final content (minimise rework)
- Employee comms, PR and everything else: discuss and review your requirements regularly
- planned campaigns? for integrated communication
- market issues?
- findings / achievements for internal comms
- make your comms requirements part of the bigger picture (ie - exploit news from other business units too)
--> the more planning we can share, the better for all of us
