butter- 100g
caster sugar- 100g
eggs,beaten- 2
self-raising flour- 100g
For the topping
butter- 100g
icing sugar- 225g
milk- 2 table spoons
rainbow sprinkles (as many as you want)
1. Wash your hands and then
cream the butter with sugar
until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in the eggs with a little of the flour then carefully fold in the rest of the flour. 3. Spoon in the mixture into
10 paper bun cases which
should be set in the baking tray 4. Put you oven gloves on and then
bake for 20 - 25 minutes at gas mark
5,until well risen and golden,Then
cool on the wire rack . 5. Make the butter icing by beating the butter with icing sugar and milk until smooth. 6.Top the cakes with butter icing
and spread it evenly with a palet
knife. Then lightly sprinkle the
rainbow sprinkles on the cakes. Enjoy your cakes =) (makes ten)
