Photos will be taken of you at events, which will be sent to sponsors and the board of directors. Must look engaged and presentable.
All social events and workplace tours are
mandatory
parts of your job. Attendance is required.
Other commitments should be adjusted accordingly.

part of your job, and should be taken seriously.

There will be a sign in/ sign out sheet you must sign at the beginning and end of every event.
Professional behavior is expected at all events, tours and outings. Ask questions, look engaged, be respectful.
NO CELL PHONE USE AT ANY EVENT, TOUR OR WORKPLACE.
We
WILL
take it from you if we see them. Phones should be turned off during events and at work.
...if you're
late/missing
an event:
MUST contact your supervisor.
MUST contact the WISE office.
MUST contact the WISE staff.
Notice for missed events HAS to be given to the WISE office WELL in advance of the event. Not a couple of minutes before we leave.

Emergency Transportation
If you are unsure if you should or should not use the cab, please ask a WISE coordinator.
In
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
you can call Citywide cabs and charge it to WISE SSEP.
DO NOT take the cab without notifying (call, text, email, anything!!) the WISE office staff.
You MUST keep the receipt to give to the WISE staff.
This is for emergencies ONLY! Do NOT abuse this!!!!
