we will only be looking at one of them,
'The Day Of The Dead' This is Mexico What is 'The Day Of The Dead'? The days of the dead are truly a celebration of life. When children dance with caricatures of death, eat skull sugar molds and learn to respect that life is brief, they learn there is a circle to life and to not fear death and then are free to enjoy and appreciate every moment. The Day of the Dead is a time of celebration and remembrance of loved ones who have passed away What foods are Traditionally used for 'The Day Of The Dead'? Sometimes there is a heavy breakfast called "Almuerzo", usually on Weekends, is like 10 or 11 am and includes pork, lamb or other meats.

Dinner(Cena) 8 to 9 pm
If the dinner is light, is called "merienda" and only includes milk or chocolate and bread.

1 pound ground beef
1 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
8 taco shells
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup zesty Italian salad dressing large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes or until thickened.
Meanwhile, prepare taco shells according to package directions. Stir peas into skillet; heat through. Spoon 1/4 cup beef mixture into each taco shell. Top with tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
