A classroom Edmodo account is the perfect sandbox for students who are learning about social media and their place in this 21st century world. What better place to practice than in a secure environment with peers and their teacher to guide them? Authentic learning where mistakes are teachable moments.
Edmodo provides the opportunity for students to get to know each other. I think it helps the grade bond, a lot like the experience of going on school camp.
