There are 2 main types of material when it comes to electricity,conductors and insulators.Run tests on differnt material to determine which ones conducts the most electricity.

Best Conductors Of Electricity The best conductors of electricity were:quarters,dimes,pennies,aluminum foil and a paperclip.

The next discovery was by a German named George Simon Ohm.In 1826, he discovered that some materials resisted the movement of electricity.The movement of electricity through a circuit is known as Ohm's law.This relates the voltage or V to the current or A to the resistance.Electricity flows well in some materials which are called conductors,while others are not which are called insulators. Terms and concepts:Electricity-a form of energy in positive and negative forms.
Circuit-the complete path of an electric current.
Current-the flow of electric charge.
Resistance-the opposition offered by a body or substance to the passage of steady current.
Conductor-material or object that allows electric current to flow freely.
Insulator-materials that are poor conductors of electricity.

Electrical power is used throughout the world for many different purposes.But ,without the brainpower of a few men,we may never know if any electrical power would ever have been found.With a few good electrical test procedures,we are now able to do anything that requires electrical power.With more and more technological experiments being done everyday,other ways to generate power are being developed.Water,wind and solar panels are a few examples of experiments being tested.Overall,our planet is being run by the theories of Mr. Volta and Mr. Ohm today.
