Blooms Syndrome discovery david bloom first discovered bloom syndrome info This disorder cannot be diagnosed.Both the parents must have the disease for the child to have it,which is very rare because it is only in 1 in 50,000 Ash Kenazi Jews. The disease is not sex-linked,and is a mutation.Bloom syndrome is do to heredity.

There is no specific treatment.
