The BOC completes ALL Onboarding
requirements within 3 days of hire

ONBOARDING STEPS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF HIRE
BOC RESPONSIBILITIES
BOC WORKDAY ACTIONS:
You must click in the Workday inbox in order to get the action out of your Workfeed. All actions must be "Submitted" by the Colleague's third day.
This will trigger the Colleague's next step.


COLLEAGUE:
Through their Workday inbox
Elect or Waive your benefits within 2 weeks

Failure to complete all Onboarding steps by the

3rd day of hire

puts Onboarding at a halt and will not trigger Workday to E-Verify the Colleague.

This could prevent the Colleague from enrolling in their benefits and result in being out of Compliance with our Regulatory Pillar and the Government.

The HRIS Department tracks completion of all
Onboarding steps.
All Onboarding steps in Workday must be
completed and "Submitted" by the new Colleague's

2. New Colleague must be entered in Workday by the HRCA at Corporate.
4. Paranet creates the new Colleague’s credentials and sends those credentials to the Manager.
5. The BOC prints the New Colleague Packet and the state/local tax forms from Comfort Zone.
All actions to be completed by the BOC and Colleague are located in the Workday inbox.
3. Manager and BOC receive notice that the new Colleague has been entered in Workday.
On the new Colleague's first day,

The Colleague must click in their Workday inbox to get the action out of their Workfeed.

If the BOC or Colleague fail to complete and submit ALL Onboarding steps, the process is

E-Verify the Colleague through the government's E-Verify website instead of allowing Workday to do this for them.
