Base Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000
OEM sales experience is critical
Technical, engineered product background
Successful selling made to order products in custom applications
Someone who is driven by commission or a bonus incentive
Someone with a value added sales background and has not used a catalog approach

Family business that treats their employees with respect
Highly visible role with a lot of autonomy

Company that makes highly engineered and quality products
Strong, stable customer relationships already in place
