Gay Discrimination Gay Discrimination is everywhere. In the workplace,
in the Army, in religion, on T.V., and all around the world Things are getting better in the fight against gay discrimination. There are gay pride celebrations going on all over the world. President Obama recently signed The Matthew Shepard act into law which causes attacks against gays because of their sexual orientation to be a hate-crime and federal crime.

By Ryan Fadell Gay Discrimination is when gay people are treated unfairly because of their sexual orientation. Gay marriage is not legal in many parts of the U.S. and other countries Some examples of Gay Discrimination: It's legal to fire a gay employee because their employer diaproves of their sexual orientation. The Army's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy discharges known gays from the army. A well known example of gay discrimination is Gay marriage.
Heterosexual marriage is legal all over America and all around the world, while gay marriage is only legal in 6 states and 7 countries. Like the Gay Pride Parade in the U.S. Here are some facts, graphs, and tables about gays and gay discrimination:
