5 Major Roles of Congress Legislators The Job of a Legislator is to create Laws Representatives of Their Constituents Elected to Represent the people
Consists of Delegates, Trustees, Partisans, Politicos. Committee Members They Screen Proposals
Decide in the committee's which measures will go on to the Floor consideration. Servants of Their Constituents Members of both the House and the Senate act as servants of their Constituents.
They try to help people in various dealings with the federal bureaucracy. Politicians A person who is active in party politics.
This person seeks office to serve the people.
This person is also skilled in politics.
