Base Salary:
$90,000
Experience selling pumps is highly preferred
Experience selling motors and controls is a must if they don't have pump background
Track record of success in working with a broad spectrum of personalities
Experience managing direct reports is a must
Strong analytical and marketing skills
Must be a self-starter that can work independently to execute a business plan for results
Ability to travel overnight 50% - 70%
This is a highly autonomous role in which someone will have the ability to run this territory like it is their own business
Debt free and independently operated
This is a very well established business that has been involved in the industry for a long time
The ability to get quick decisions for customers and growth initiatives
Very little turnover and there are a lot of people with long careers with the company
Company feels like a family where people care about each other and enjoy working together
