Pay Structure:
70% Base/30% Incentive
Must be very strong technically with a solution sales mentality
Must be able to work autonomously
Familiarity with the Kansas City marketplace and customers
Experience selling a mechanically/electrically engineered product, preferably automation product
Very strong product lines that are known in the market place as the premier lines
Company has been in Kansas City for 100+ years
Customer oriented and focused on selling on value
Constantly growing and recently came off the most profitable year in the history of the company

Reduced fee of 27% of first year earnings
