Jiang Jieshi and Sun Yixian in 1925.
1923: Huangpu Military Academy built with aid from the Soviet Union (with conditions)
1926-27: GMD and CCP work together during the Northern Expedition to defeat the warlords and unify China
April 1927:
Northern Expedition successful.
GMD now turns on the CCP with the Shanghai Massacre.
First United Front ends and the Nationalist Decade begins (1927-37)
