Transcript of piloting

PILOT Piloting is the job of flying aircraft
such as helicopters, and airplanes.
Pilots also do mainance and clean thier planes (unless you work of the airlines then the company has somone else clean it and mainance) Any one can become a with the proper training. The income for a airline pilot is about $119,775 a year.It depends on who you work for and how much you work. Bad pilots don't earn much at all. Look at this next picture and you will see why. Well... dont be a bad pilot. As for the future of piloting ... In 2009 there were 76,000 pilots outside of the millitary The need for pilots is expected to go up in the future Pilots get to fly a maximum of one-hundred hours a month And only one thousand hours a year To become a comercial pilot you must be at least 23 and have your commercial airline pilots certificate. All pilots who are paid to fly must have a license from the Federal Government. Pilots must be at least 18 years old and must have flown at least 250 hours to qualify for a license. To get a commercial airline pilot's license, a person must be at least 23 years old, and the person must have flown for a total of 1,500 hours or have gone to a school for pilots. Because of this many pilots also do other aviation related jobs during other times of the year. A doctor must also examine the person. The doctor makes sure that the person can see and hear well, and is healthy enough to fly. Pilots must also pass a written test to show that they know how to fly properly. Others become pilots by going to flight schools. Most companies want the pilots they hire to have some college education. In fact, most people who enter this occupation have a college degree. Thank you for your time That is all the information I have. For more information go to http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos107.htm#oes_links
