Reach Out and Read People who volunteer to read and teach children to read are the ones who allow Reach Out and Read to flourish and continue to help homeless children around the world What does the Reach Out and Read Society focus on? What does being literate mean? The Reach Out and Read Charity opens up to homeless children who cannot afford proper education and helps them to become literate. Being literate is having the ability to read. So, who runs the Reach Out and Read Charity? Now where does this organization teach children to become literate?
