Honors: WCW Singers
1. Confirm volunteers to help with auditions.
WCW Auditioned Women's Choir
Tuesday, April 26th
"When you feel like quitting, think about why you started."
2. Sectionals "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" - 15 minutes. Led by section leaders. Please memorize your voice part.
3. Learn descant in "Ain't No Mountain High Enough." Auditions today/tomorrow.
A. Answer questions from students re: the audition form, etc as students wait.
B. Help ensure auditions run quickly and efficiently.
C. Give the directors the students' audition form and escort students in, reminding them to stand on the "X" and introduce themselves by first and last name and state the solo they are singing.
D. Plug in any phone or navigate to the student's karaoke track on YouTube and press play.
Ushers
A. When called upon, sings a harmony to the melody of the Star Spangled Banner while standing side by side by with the auditioner.
B. Helps students log-in to the Google form music literacy quiz after their auditions are complete and ensures it is submitted successfully before each auditioner leaves.

2. Solo Performances: please neatly cut or tear enough 1/2 or 1/4 sheets of paper to write something specific, meaningful, and positive about each of your classmates' performance.
3. During or after a student's performance, please address a note to the student and then fold it closed and pass it to them as a keepsake.
1. Spend 30 minutes preparing your solo for performance by using headphones (please come check some out if needed) and choosing a part of the room where you can memorize and practice alone.
