Rise to Power
When Ramesses II was born his family was mostly was in the military, and then he slowly rose to power from his family being with some power, so he really had rose to the throne quite quickly.
Ramesses II Old Kingdom
Ramesses II kingdom was an old one when he ruled he liked his kingdom to be always confident. Ramesses II was a very confident ruler. So anything that was not his decision he did not like it because he did not feel confident about it. Ramesses II also built his own program. He even built a temple dedicated to him. When ramesses II woul lose a battle he would say that he won when he really did not because he was that confident. He died at the age of 93 he was one of the oldest pharaohs known.

When Ramesses II was pharaoh for a while he fell from power because of his death, but the only thing that made Ramesses II different was that he was 93 years of age quite a bit older than most pharaohs.
