By: Michael Crichton
A island off the coast of Costa Rica. on a island name Isla Sorna, A.K.A. Site B.
Ian Malcom and Dr. Richard Levine
Ian has black hair, dreses dark, has a limp, and has curley dark hair. He specialize in chaos theory.
Person who plays Ian
Dr. Richard Levine
The book doesnt go into detail about Levine, but I imagine he would have blond hair, square face, a slight scrub, and golf clothes. He also has a huge sense of Rich noble persona around him. He cares only for himself
Dr. King and the Dinosaurs
The book doesnt go into detail about King either. I imagined him as a body gaurd on the outside but a drunk family man on the inside. He is 40 and is in shape
No not him
Since there are exactly 40 kinds of dinosaurs on the island I wll focus on the T-Rex. It is 6-9 meters tall, red skin, 2 inch teeth, small beady eyes, short stubby arms, and very powerful legs.

Everyone has to survive the threat of nature. The velociraptors are the biggest threat.
The the theme of this book is definitely Chaos Theory. During the whole story Ian says that everything thats happened is a part of chaos theory. Carnivors are fed a bad batch of prions(sheep extract). They bite a herbivore but dont kill it. The infection travels. Herbivores deficate the disease, and compys eat it. Carnivors eat the Compys. The infection continues.
So, Kelly, even at your young age, there’s something you might as well learn now. All your life people will tell you things. And most of the time, probably ninety-five percent of the time, what they’ll tell you will be wrong."
Chaos is the science of surprises, of the nonlinear and the unpredictable. It teaches us to expect the unexpected. While most traditional science deals with supposedly predictable phenomena like gravity, electricity, or chemical reactions, Chaos Theory deals with nonlinear things that are impossible to measure.
The Butterfly Effect: This effect grants the power to cause a hurricane in China to a butterfly flapping its wings in New Mexico. It may take a very long time, but the connection is real. If the butterfly had not flapped its wings at just the right point in space/time, the hurricane would not have happened.
King and Dogeson are on the island with everybody antagonizing all the dinosaurs by stealing their eggs.
