Musical Achievements

Early Life
Whitney Houston born on August 9 1963 raised in a rough neighborhood in New Jersey.
Was the youngest child.
Age of four while her mothers was on tour with Elvis Presley and Areatha Franklin as a backup singer Whitney's father took care of the children.
Whitney didn't have many friends she was bullied because of her light skin color and her long hair.
Age of eleven she followed her mother's footsteps singing solo's during church and also learned to play piano.
From there she began her journey of making songs and getting famous for it
Role model
Whitney Houston is an inspirational role model to others what makes her so amazing is her voice.
Influence to younger generations of singers.
She is called the "Queen of pop" because she had so much love expressing her music.
Her songs had so much emotions behind the lyrics which lets anyone relate to.
one of her inspirational quote:
"I believe that children are our future. Teach them well and let them lead the way. Show them all the beauty they possess inside."
