WE collect a ton of data all the time and watch as many things as we can think of to measure, and aggregate all that data into a big bucket we use for teaching Processing, doing math class, and writing grants -- and measuring stuff
What could we measure? How could we measure it? Let's figure it out!
What's the school day look like?
What happens if we are right? What next? How large can the change be??
What are the metrics for the vision 20, 25, 50, 200 yrs out? How does that affect impacts? What implications?
What do the roles like like to articulate the narrative w/in and beyond the school?
How do we foster permeability within the HS and beyond?
QUESTIONS
What do we bring to fulcrum to deliver the message w/o wasting anyone's time?
"What are you getting / most interested in from the students that come from here now?"

"What work is available here which interests you most? Or what businesses / efforts are most appealing?"
