Transcript of What would happen if our cells were missing parts?

If it were removed, the cell would die almost instantly. Killing us.
It would be unable to store essential nutrients and excess wastes. It would probably rupture the membrane. And possibly even explode.
This is the power house of the cell without it the cell wouldn't be able to function correctly and we would not be able to do anything.
All of our cells would die and we would to along with them. They get damaged while fighting bacteria and other things like diseases so to cells would not reproduce fast enough and end up all dying.
If the cells reproduced to fast would lead to cancer and tumor development. Which would end up killing us after a while.
