Exploratory Questions
What strategies should be implemented to overcome the language difficulties to ensure that LEP students pass tests and meet all the requirements for graduation?
How can we train teachers to better communicate and introduce much effective teaching techniques to students with Special Education and LEP ?

Strengths
Felicia and I work very well as a team and we have a huge amount of respect for one another and each other's opinions and contributions.
We used technologies such as Email, phone and text messages to communicate effectively with each other.
We discussed the subject matter, the new data and analyzed them to arrive at the conclusions. And this process helped us gain clarity on what is expected of us for this week.

Triangulation of Data
LEP students have a significantly low percentage in exam taking and meeting the requirements to graduate. Even though having continuous challenges in the language can eventually lead to a learning gap, the main issue is noticed as an Instructional gap. Out of box thinking to evaluate techniques such as tutoring, group assignments, utilization of education computer games and programs can help increase the performance of these students.
Significant number of Special Education students who have sit for the exams, do not qualified to graduate. This is due to poor performance in exam settings affecting graduation. Lack of practice and reinforcement contributes to this evident with Instructional gap.
Significant number of African American students do not take the exam and meet graduation criteria. This is due to learning gap. Strategies to encourage students in education and keep them interested in the material need to be implemented.

Weaknesses
We need to come up with better organization and manage time when it comes to group assignments.
We also need to plan ahead with regard to the week's assignment and commit and agree to a time which would work for the both of us for assignment contribution.
