Being Excused from the Room
We're are not allowed to let you leave the classroom unless it is an emergency.
So if you ask to leave, be prepared to go to the office first!
Everyone in our classroom community deserves to be treated with respect.
Communication is key.
If you're struggling or want something more from this class, PLEASE talk to me about what I can do to help you!
We have iPads that we will share with the 8th Grade English class. Technology will be a big part of our classroom. You must follow the technology rules or you will lose this privilege!
Later today, we will sign a technology contract to make sure things like this don't happen.
Be open and willing to share your opinions and experiences with our class.
Challenge yourself to think outside the box and achieve new levels of greatness.
Let me know what you like, what you dislike, and what you need help with in this class. Tell me about your life outside of class!

All classwork is due at the end of class and should be turned in to your class cubby.
Everything you turn in should have the correct heading in the TOP RIGHT HAND corner:
