How to make a chocolate cheesecake Ingredients needed Digestive biscuits (180g) Butter (75g) Chocolate (8 pieces) Cream cheese (300g) Double cream (100ml) Sugar (75g) Let's go layer by layer... For the biscuit layer... 1. Crush the digestive biscuits in a bag using a rolling pin. 2.Melt the butter over a low heat in a saucepan. 3. Mix together the melted butter and the biscuit crumbs and place in a dish. Use a flan dish that looks like this... For the cheesecake layer... 1. Mix together the cream, cream cheese and sugar. 2. Carefully place the mixture onto the biscuit layer and slowly spread it over. 3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute. 4.
