"The SWOT analysis benefited us greatly. All the communities involved, including stakeholders, volunteers, internal and external groups are meeting to discuss what's working and what is not. The SWOT analysis will form the starting point of discussions on whether we want to grow the program or stay the same. The suggestions and recommendations provided were useful especially since they were from the perspective of the volunteers in the smaller communities in the province."
-- Christie Nenson, Creative Kids Coordinator

Results:
Shalini has incredible research skills, but more importantly the ability to transfer the research from a number of different sources into a summary that anyone can follow. My greatest concern at the beginning of this project was trying to understand how the information would be presented to ensure it was meaningful to our staff. The final document delivered significantly exceeded my expectations.
