Pay Structure:
100% Commission with a draw
Draw: $35,000 - $75,000
Long term Earnings: Average$150,000
Good technical and communication skills
Experience selling within HVAC industry
Ideally has experience with a large breadth of products - Dry & Wet
Ability to deal with engineering sales and understanding of the technical value added sales approach
Prefer a young up and comer that is early on in career
Technical oriented degree ideal, but not an absolute must with relevant experience
Very strong market and ThermAir is well established
Strong product lines to sell
High degree of autonomy for high performing sales people
Good technical support including in house service technicians
Fair commission structure that is uncapped
Unique ability to sell wet, dry and building automation solutions

Termination within 1-90 Days = 100% placement credit
