Dairy Dairy is another vital part of your nutrition, it have calcium and vitamin D in it. Calcium and Vitamin D makes your Bones Strong and helps build them Sources of calcium: Cheese, Milk, Yogurt Fruits Fruits are vital to a good diet, they contain many important vitamins such as Vitamin C, and help keep you from getting sick. Fruits should always be part of your diet they provide many vitamins such vitamin C which boosts your immune system. Fruit high in Vitamin C: Kiwis, Oranges Strawberries Vegetables Like Fruits, Vegetables should be part of your everyday diet, they contain important vitamins and minerals Proteins Veggies contain important minerals such as sodium, iron, zinc, potassium, and also a good source of fiber, things that help keep your body running. Protein is found in Meats, Legumes (Beans), and nuts Your body uses protein to build muscle, and tissue. It makes you strong. Servings (Just as a rough estimate) Servings Per Day (Children):
