According to Tuckmann (1965) all teams go through different stages that are all necessary. This model is by no means the best, but many models are formed on top of this.

Team members work toward getting their job done

Adjust
Deliver
Autonomy plays the most critical role in fostering motivation in the creative kind.
Ensuring the most effective team members are assigned to productive work.
