The Black Eyed Peas were founded in Los Angles, California is 1995. The groups dates back to 1988 when two eighth graders Williams Adams (will.i.am.) and Allan Pineda (apl.de.ap) met up and started rapping and singing around L.A. In 1992 they were signed to Eazy-E records. In 1995 Jaime Gomez (Taboo) joined the band and in 1998 they signed onto Interscope Records and their careers took off. The band became really famous when Fergie joined them. From there they released Elephunk, their first album with Fergie. From then on they released several more albums, all very successful.
The Black Eyed Peas have been nominated for many different awards and have won many as well. They are a very successful band and most of the awards range in the "Favourite Pop/R&B and Groups"

The Black Eyed Peas have been very successful in their careers and they continue to produce great music which the fans and Award companies love. Albums and Their Famous Songs By : Dorota Borovsky The Black Eyed Peas debut album was released in 1998 by Interscope Records called Behind the Front.This was before the band was popular and it only featured will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo. The second album was called Bridging the Gap and was released in 2000 and the third album was Elephunk, which launched the band into great heights. This album featured Fergie, who everyone loved with the band's sound. The fourth album was called Monkey Business and was released in 2005. It went three times Platinum and was one of the most loved albums of all time, selling over 10 million copies worldwide. Their fifth studio album was called The E.N.D and is my personal fav. It was released in 2009 and featured the chart-toping singles "Boom, Boom, Pow" and "I Gotta a Feeling". The sixth and last to date album was The Beginning and it featured "Just Can't Get Enough" and "The Time" Top 10 songs by the Black Eyed Peas

The sound was similar to the Black Eyed Peas and will.i.am was even the producer, so the Black Eyed Peas, as a band did not suffer. Will.i.am Will.i.am's solo career began in 2001, with the release of Lost Change, his first solo album. Must B 21 was the second studio album released by will.i.am, and it was came out on September 23rd, 2003. His third studio album was called Songs about Girls and was released in 2007. It was the most successful of the 3 and it featured the song "One More Time" and "Heartbreaker". He has also had a very successful acting career. The movies he did include:

Apl.de.ap Apl.de.ap hasn't had such a big career as Fergie or will.i.am, but he is considered one of the greatest band members because of how he overcame the odds of making it big. He was adopted by an American family at the age of 14 and moved to the US from the Phillipines. He has always remembered his country and also has a few songs on B.E.P albums remembering his home country. He is now working on a solo album and he also started the Apl Foundation, which gives back to communities in the Phillipines and Asia. He also sarted his own music company, Jeepney Music Inc. and it handles new and up-and-coming DJ's. Taboo Taboo, the lead rapper of the Black Eyed Peas, has not lived in the spotlight much. Mostly he does work for the Black Eyed Peas, but has also reportedly said that he will begin a solo album, hoping to feature artists like Pitbull and Shakira. Taboo has also done a lot of work for movie companies and is featured on many soundtracks such as Coach Carter and Legally Blonde, just to name a few.
