Hyperbole
Definition:
Imagery is a figurative speech used to visually describe something using words.
Hyperbole
Alliteration
Definition:
A figurative speech where two or more words in a sentence that start with the same letter.
Onomatopoeia
"

Her eyes, her eyes make the stars look like their not shining
"

This is a hyperbole because the girl Bruno Mars is referring to does not actually have eyes brighter than the stars, he is just over exaggerating to show his affection towards her.
This is an alliteration because Nicki Minaj says
"Va Va Voom Voom"
which is more than 2 words that start with the same letter which in this case is a "V".
Definition:
Onomatopoeia is when words are written the same way they sound.
This is a great example of Onomatopoeia because the words
Boom Boom Pow
are written the exact same way they are said.

"Cause I'd get a thousand hugs from ten thousand lightning bugs as they tried to teach me how to dance".
This is a personification because lightning bugs cannot give hugs or teach people how to dance therefore it is only a human quatlity.

"Step one, you say, we need to talk he walks, you say, sit down It's just a talk he smiles politely back at you you stare politely right on through some sort of window to your right as he goes left and you stay right"
. This is imagery because everything they are saying helps give a visual representation. Just listening to the lyrics can help you picture everything that they say.

"My momma always said, life is like a box of choclates. You never know what you're gonna get."
This is a simile because he used like to compare a box of chocolates to life.
